Congratulations To the 2011 Women Of Distinction:
Each year, the Montgomery County Women's Council of Organizations comes together at the Women of Distinction Luncheon to celebrate all that has been done during the past year and to honor our extraordinary women who do extraordinary things. The following information may help to guide member organization representatives in their responsibilities for this luncheon.
Representatives will work with their organizations to nominate a Woman of Distinction. Criteria for selection is at each organization's discretion. Due to the philanthropic nature of Montgomery County Women's Council, most candidates are typically selected based on their volunteerism and service to the community. Once the honoree has been selected, a brief bio, as well as a digital photo of the honoree should be submitted to Penny Bradshaw by no later than February 14, 2012 for inclusion in the luncheon program.
